Frequently asked

The questions we hear most from first-time international guests, covering pricing, cast service, and second-part (after-hours) access.

  • Where are you located? Is it easy to reach?

We're at the Samjung Hotel Annex, 150 Bongeunsa-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It's a three-minute walk from Eonju Station (Subway Line 9), Exit 8, and Sinnonhyeon Station is the next closest. We're right in the heart of Gangnam, so it's an easy move for a second round after a hotel stay or dinner.

  • What are your operating hours? Are you open on holidays?

We're open 24 hours, every day of the year. The bottle (주대) rate varies by time band: Event 18:00–21:00, Part 1 21:00–01:00, Part 2 01:00–18:00. The cycle continues seamlessly past 1:00 AM, around the clock. We stay open on Seollal (Lunar New Year), Chuseok, every Korean public holiday, and right through New Year's.

  • Can international guests visit comfortably? Do you support other languages?

Yes, international guests are very welcome. TEAM HENRY handles English directly, and we look after Chinese- and Japanese-speaking guests just as comfortably. We walk you through the menu, the pricing, and how everything works from the start, so a first trip to Korea is nothing to worry about. You can also reach out ahead of your arrival on Telegram (@qqnppn) or WhatsApp (+82-10-2343-2434).

  • How does pricing work? What are the bottle and TC (hostess · host) rates?

We run on transparent, fixed pricing. During the current summer event, a whisky bottle is ₩100,000 if you arrive between 6 and 9 PM (regular ₩150,000), and ₩120,000 at other times (regular ₩180,000). TC is ₩120,000 an hour, the host is ₩60,000 an hour, and the waiter fee is ₩50,000. Beer is on the house when you order a whisky. Premium bottles are priced separately, and we'll confirm the exact arrangement when you book.

  • How do I book?

Reach us by phone (010-2343-2434), Telegram (@qqnppn), or WhatsApp (+82-10-2343-2434), whichever is easiest for you. Tell us the date, your party size, the room you'd like, and what the night is for (a team dinner, a birthday, hosting clients, anything), and TEAM HENRY will recommend the room and setup that fit best. Whichever channel you use, the same team answers directly.

  • Is parking available? Do you have valet?

Yes, valet parking is available. Pull up to the Samjung Hotel Annex and hand your keys to the valet, so there's nothing to worry about on the parking front. By transit, we're a three-minute walk from Eonju Station (Line 9), Exit 8.

  • What rooms do you have? How many guests can you accommodate?

We have three rooms. The VVIP Party Room seats up to 20, ideal for corporate events and big parties; the VIP Room seats up to 14 for team dinners and closer gatherings; and the Standard Room seats up to 8 for an easy second round or a casual night. Just tell us your party size and what the night is for, and we'll match you to the right room.

  • Can you handle corporate hosting and group bookings?

Yes. With the VVIP Party Room seating up to 20, plus rooms for every kind of occasion, we handle corporate dinners, group parties, and business hosting alike. If you have a large group or a special request, like a birthday cake or a planned event flow, just let us know when you book and TEAM HENRY will prepare for it.

  • How does Part 2 (after-hours) work?

Part 1 (evening) rolls naturally into Part 2 (after-hours). If you're already in a room, you simply keep going with no move and no reset, and if you arrive fresh in the small hours, you can still come in. We're open 24 hours, so there's plenty of room to enjoy a late night or an early morning.

  • Can I bring a cake or outside food?

Birthday and anniversary cakes are welcome if you let us know in advance. We generally don't allow other outside food or drink, but special situations can be worked out individually when you book. Tell us ahead of time and we'll have the room, refrigeration, and anything else you need ready.

  • What is a 'hyperpublic' (하이퍼블릭) karaoke, and how is it different from regular karaoke?

A 'hyperpublic' (하이퍼블릭) is a Gangnam-style room karaoke where you sing in a private room with professional companions (hostess and host). Unlike a coin karaoke, it brings the room, the bottle service (주대), and companion time (TC) together in one place, which makes it a good fit for group nights, business hosting, and a second round. At Running Rabbit, both the 주대 and the TC are posted as fixed, transparent rates.

  • Can I sing English, Japanese, or Chinese songs?

Yes. Along with Korean hits, our system carries a wide range of English, Japanese, and Chinese songs, so international guests can sing along with ease. If there's a track you want, just ask the staff and we'll queue it up on the spot.

  • Is it safe for a first visit? Any rip-offs or surprise charges?

Yes. Pricing is fixed and posted, the same for everyone, and we tell you the estimated total before you settle, so there are no rip-offs and no surprise charges. We lay out the bottle (주대), companion (TC), and waiter fees clearly, and you can run your own estimate with our calculator before you even visit.

  • What payment methods and corporate receipts do you accept?

We accept both cash and card, and most international cards work as well. We can issue corporate tax invoices (세금계산서), corporate card transaction records, cash receipts (현금영수증), and simplified receipts, so just ask when you settle. Please confirm the exact terms when you book.

  • How is privacy handled for confidential hosting?

Each private room is a fully self-contained space, so sightlines and noise from outside are blocked. VIP booking details, who you're with, and payment records are kept within TEAM HENRY on a need-to-know basis only, never shared outside and never reused for marketing. Our premium car pickup from Gangnam hotels and restaurants is also run to keep your route out of sight.

  • How far does physical contact go?

We operate as a licensed Type-1 entertainment establishment in full compliance with Korean law, and we do not allow any illegal activity. Our focus is simply on a fun, relaxed time. For specifics, feel free to ask Henry when you visit.

  • I'd like to see reviews. Can I trust them?

In this industry, online reviews and star ratings are often planted by brokers (touts), so they're hard to take at face value. That's why Running Rabbit doesn't fabricate reviews. Instead, we earn your trust with facts you can verify: fixed, no-surprise pricing with the 주대 (bottle) and TC posted openly; legal operation as a licensed Type-1 entertainment establishment under Korean law; and bookings taken only through our official channels (this site, Telegram, WhatsApp, and the like). You're welcome to confirm the price and setup with us by messenger before you visit, so you can come with complete peace of mind.

  • How much does the hyperpublic cost?

Pricing is fixed. The 주대 (bottle) starts at ₩100,000, the hostess (TC) is ₩120,000 an hour, the host is ₩60,000 an hour, and beer is on the house when you order a whisky. There are no extra fees: just pick your room and your drinks, and you can check the estimated total with our fee calculator.
